First of all, I'm sorry to hear about your hardships. This is something that shouldn't happen to anyone, and I truly hope everything works out for you.
That being said, I'm sorry, what? What the fuck does that have to do with anything? You do know there are challenges and struggles other than the ones you went through (which you must admit, are pretty specific). I never went to war. I never got disabled. But I still was faced with challenges and struggled through life. I faced a narcisistic mother who never cared about me. I experienced mental and physical abuse. I stil managed to make something of myself, even though I'm not the man I could have been. Our lives are very different, but don't think no one else suffered just because they didn't go through the exact same experience as you.
Now, let's break down what you said about the game:
"No struggle, no challenge, the DEV did not allow Eric to be hurt." Well, a seemingly invincible opponent, that does seem like a challenge, doesn't it?
"All max could do, was call the mob to get Eric. A lot of challenge to pick up the phone, was it?" No, picking up a phone isn't a challenge. On the contrary. Max was always portrayed as being smarter than what people thought he was. The whole point was to outsmart him in the long run. From a writer's point of view, this is a cop out, because Max didn't outsmarting his opponent, if anything, it conformed that he's just as dumb as everyone thinks he is.
"If we could fight Eric, hell even if I got my ass kicked, it would be a better game." No, no it wouldn't. Because the one thing people hate to see, even more than some guy fucking their girls, is said guy kicking your ass, proving he's better than you after all. Smart people (which again, Max was supposed to be), know when to pick their fights. But no fights ever turned up. DS skipped right to the boss battle, which was taken care by someone else. It's basically playing Skyrim where you ask an NPC to kill all the bad people without your help. And also, this isn't a fighting simulator, but a porn game.

maxbishup provides most of the information for this game on this forum. Asking for people to be banned because you don't like their take on the game isn't helpful.

why should he be banned? maxbishup voiced his opinion (as do we all, that's why we are here for) that he'd like to virtually kick Eric's butt (as do most of the players). The fact that he gave a glimpse of his personal (very sad) backstory to explain why he feels that way may not be for everybody, but you and everybody offended are free to skip that part.

That was from 3.5 but was not complete, in your save, Lisa should not be sleeping in her pants. The guide was on patreon, and was provided here, a long way back. Look at incomplete opportunities.

Ok, so sorry to hear about your mom, never got to know mine. But they say she was a good lady. My point was that when faced with a invincible opponent, you can run to your "safe place" what ever that means,(something made up by snowflakes) are you can take a few of his teeth out, maybe rearrange his face a little. Even if you take a few licks yourself, you are at lest a man, not a coward. And if Max is "as dumb as everyone thinks he is" How the hell was he " always portrayed as being smarter than what people thought he was" that does not add up. In a game, you cannot have a challenge or struggle, if the DEV, provides no way for the MC to fight, ether with fist, are brains. Oh, and getting your ass kicked, does not make the other guy a better man. Being a coward, makes the other guy a better man. Now I never had a family to speak of, but if I did, I think I would rather get my ass kicked, than let some SOB fuckup my family, but you do you.
Spoken like a true jock. How dare that 100 pound kid come up with a plan to discredit his 200 pound bully and ruin his chances at a college degree? He should have just hit him and then get the snot kicked out of him, plus get charged with assault because he threw the first punch, ruining his own scholar career.
At the start of the game, Max says he got kicked out of school because of circumstances that had nothing to do with his grades, but everyone seems to think he's not as smart as he appears to be. Granted, it's biased information, but it's the only information we get, and hey, we're the MC, so it's obvious the world is against us, and no one sees our hidden potential. But later it becomes relevant due to his dependance on Kira that DS indeed wrote him as the standard trope with no original thought in his perved brain.
And there's a difference between being a coward and someone smart enough to know you'll lose the fight head on. If you get bullied, you either come up with a plan to get revenge, or you try to beat up the guys who are bigger than you and get your ass kicked, again and again. Guess which one will bring you satisfaction and which one will grant you ridicule by everyone?
But hey, if you need violence to ease your mind, that's fine. You do you.
By the way:
You forgot option three (which I've been advocating for all this time): You bide your time and plot your revenge. During World War 2, after Germany invaded France, the French didn't run to their safe place nor did they attack the Germans head on (they had already lost, so they would have been butchered). Instead, they went underground and the French Resistance did massive damage to the German troops and supply lines, which played a massive role in the defeat of the German troops. When you face an invincible enemy, you go underground and win. All other options lead to defeat.
Well first of all, you don't know who here is a patron or not.
Secondly, I don't see anyone here "demanding" anything. As randomly posting on a forum thread where the developper probably only lurks from time to time would be one of the least efficient methods to do so.
As I mentionned, this is a discussion forum. It's made for people to discuss one topic. The topic being this game and disussing is what we're all doing here.
If you feel threatened because some other user post that they'll be happy to see this or that content that doesn't match your kinks, then the problem is not the thread buddy.

Yup, I - personally - do think that there is a majority of players who would eventually like to see Max win at the end, but could be wrong of course. Neither character seems really likeable to me, so I support Max The underdog, but if you and others are Team Eric, good for you.
For my post however, I was actually not trying to open that can of worms, so I am happy to change my statement to: “as do some of the players “.

Oh, I assure you, the vast majority of players do indeed want to see Max win at the end. But the problem is that there is a vocal minority that want Eric gone out of the game as soon as possible, not realising that this means Max can't win at the end, since there's no more opponent.
Could someone (not necessarily you) post that guide in the first page? Also, you said it's available for patreons? At what level? I am a patron but ... I don't follow the announcements to be honest.
I think the dev has his mind set pretty straight and won't go out of his way to please his patrons. He has his vision of the game and will follow it. It will include options to branch tho.
But when you think about it, other than calendar girls he doesn't do any content polls.
Which is the way it should be. I'm always wary of a dev who asks his patreons how they want the story to go. If you don't know, how are you planning to make a good story?
Well DS listened to his patrons too much in my opinion. I'm happy this one is confident in his vision
