You need to negotiate that, either at 1pm catching her smoking, or in her room in the morning before catching the spider for her ("spend the day without bra" or something).
Hm I can´t find that option to tell her she should sleep in the black piece.. Neither when catching her smoking and also not during the spider event.
finished every online courses lessons, done things with kira at night (full kissing lessons up to the night gown and masturbation) but no way I can trigger the third conversation with her in the yard. She still has to talk about the investigation about Eric and I can't talk about camera or photos. What am I missing?

Thanks for the tip, I haven't tried to be honest any of the 0.05 events.
I can't even get far enough to get this render from 0.04 (Alice without panties, bath at night after clubbing). Even when I succeeded at convincing her to not wear panties during the day, relationship friendly/wonderful, no cheats.
I'm just cursed in general with this game. In my current game, now I can't negotiate anything with Alice at 1pm. Anytime I ask her for something in return for not talking to mom, she tells me to get lost, and her spirits sink (after at least 3-4 attempts). Her mood is at wonderful, her relationship with Max good/friendly. And I'm not cheating in any way. I gave her cigarettes 2-3 times. Checked the latest walkthrough, no hints.
Again, using 0.05.0.06...

that is weird ! Something is not right. Have you ever tried to completely delete the game and reinstall the game?
To do this, you need to delete the game files from two places.

1) Unzip the new version of the game and copy it to a new folder
2) Go to the following path on your Windows
C:\Users\{your win login name }\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
And delete or rename the bb_as folder
Download the game save files from the post below and drop them in the game save folder

Guess what though, I got ALice to finally not wear the panties at 3am...still playing now, who knows, maybe this time it'll turn out all right.

True! But you are not the one making the game if you don t like the way it s going then just dont support, but don t ask the creator to change his vision of the game just cause you dont like it. And for the patreon, paying doesnt mean you get to choose the direction of the game because no one is forcing you to pay. You pay for something you like, not to change something you dont like.

I am a supporter, and I love the direction this game is going(me making worm food of Eric). My point was, this game has NTR tag. In no, way, shape, form, or fashion, will you saying it's not NTR, change the fact. If you like it, you like it, if you don't you don't. BTW I communicate with the DEV two are three times a week, not once, have I tried to tell him how to make his game.

Can you tell him that by working on the opportunities system, making it more detailed, clearer, and with an explicit "This is the end of the opportunity in the current version" message for all opportunities, Aleksey90 would perhaps double his support base?
I don't care if so and so manages to beeline through this game with his hands behind his back, the average moron like me, who moreover doesn't have hours on end every day to spend playing porn games, needs clear indications. Most players need to feel they're not missing half of what the game is offering, without having to spend hours checking the 327 pages on this thread, to see what they need to do.
I've been slowly getting my way through the BB fan art thread, and found out Aleksey90 started posting BB renders since the end of 2018, making him since post #1 one of the best, if not the best 3D artist posting on that thread (along with WBWB, CJ0, Celtic, and others). Here's I think his first render posted, on Nov. 25th, 2018:

But not only should he work with a professional game dev, as you said he was recently, he should in fact probably hand over that part completely. Only then will this game become legend, and make us forget DS' lame original version.

EDIT: The latest walkthrough for me should indicate that Alice will only agree to negotiate something in exchange for your silence at her smoking at 1pm only after she gets caught by Mom - do NOT vouch for her, let her be spanked. Otherwise she'll refuse and get upset.

It does not matter if you get paid or not. Your chances for options in future conversations will be the same. With the difference that if you do not take money, Alice will be in a better mood .
Support Alice in answering mother question about the smell of cigarettes. Alice will be in a better mood again. Your relationship with her will also improve. Talk to her about buying cigarettes at noon.after that go to Alice's room, look for her cigarette, and place it to her. she will be punished in the evening .The next day she will accept your offers by the chance . And you did not miss the opportunity to improve your relationship with Alice .

tip: Where your choice is associated with chance, you can use save/load to make your chance one hundred percent.

Yeah, I changed my post when I realised Alice starts negotiating at 1pm only after she gets actually spanked by mom, not because you take money from her on day 2. If that's the line you say you will add to the walkthrough, cool!
Do you also have info about the nightie for mom? In previous games Max had the nightie even on the first Saturday, without paying for it at the online store.
So I avoid interacting with Mom on Saturdays 10am until the nightie magically appears, for some reason, on day 13, at the online store. Only then do I buy it, and then knock (instead of opening the door) on the next Saturday at 10am, just to be sure I give her a nightie I actually paid for, if ever that will avoid bugs in the future.
EDIT: In fact you can get a kiss from her, whatever her mood, but it seems you can only visit her once.
My advice is that you explicitly write in the walkthrough that there is seemingly a bug for now, and give the following instructions:
-Do NOT even try to interact with Ann/Mom on Saturdays 10am, before getting the Lingerie/Nightie available at the online store.
-Once it pops up (for me, Day 13, but dunno if that's planned that way everytime), buy it, and give it next Saturday.
-Knock on Ann/Mom's door the following Saturday, 10am, do not enter without knocking.
-A chance % should appear with the choice dialogue "Come on, Mom! It was so little, let's do it again... (Persuasion. Chance: xx%)
-Save and reload till you get the kiss.
Afterwards, Ann/Mom will never let Max in her room if he knocks on Saturdays 10am, whether he got the kiss or not, so be sure to get the kiss that one time!

I am SO disappointed in maxbishup . He says that he has NEVER told the Dev what to put in the game and it shows he is EVIL.. Yes, Failing to TELL Aleksey90 that Chocolate Chip Cookies MUST be added shows us that he is OBVIOUSLY a part of the Pro-Oatmeal Cookie conspiracy. -Sigh- What a sad day. 
Seriously though, Does anyone know if we will get some progress with the relationship between Max and Ann/Mom (when fighting/war with (Evil Scum) Eric) in the next update?? Just wondering as the other ladies have all had progress.
Just a thought.
