Nah dude, generally speaking incest has a very well defined meaning. Look for any definition online and you're likely to find one of the following:

Point being nothing about incest is defined as a "sexual relationship between family defined by law", it's defined solely by the ability of two persons being so closely related they can't legally marry. All incest definitions are about the marriageability of the parties involved, the only exception is an ecclesiastical law definition involving vicars and holdings regarding two benefices where one is dependent on the other.
Point being that, in western countries at least (and by implication, all English speaking ones), anything not blood related is not incest. The law will not bar step brothers from marrying step sisters, it won't stop step mothers from marrying step sons. Therefore it's not incest.

Yeah, some events seem all too random. But if you don't tell your latest status with whom, no one can tell you how to go on.
This latest version has some hints on the character screen for each girl, btw. Did you read and follow them?

I got a weird bug. Ann's jobs (groceries and pool cleaning) trigger without me talking to her. For example, the grocery icon will show on the laptop as if I had asked her for money. They also show up on their regular schedule. If I do them, I can't talk to Ann about it and I don't get money.
Also, triggering the scary movie memory with Lisa throws this exception. I haven't managed to trigger her topless in game yet, Idk if that's important

2 questions about Alice
1. this version has a extended couch scene, been there, done that. Now Max suggests an attempt without feeding her candy. I did that a couple of times, also tried to give her just one. But I didn't say any change. Is that a hint for a future version or do I miss something?
2. What unlocks the new punishment/blackmail option? I tried to frame her for motivational, but that didn't do anything

I ignored it, and it seemed like it was working but now I am getting another error when entering little sisters room. Could you try ignoring the first error and see if you get the same problem?

It really depends on the countrs you live in tho. In most parts of Europe incest is only considered that way inside the close blood related family. Step-family or even cousins are totally alright by law

I clicked on Ignore and got into the game. Yes the same error happens to me when I enter the little sister's room.
Do the developers not test their games properly beforehand ?

But are story-lines the same? Because to me it seems copy-pasted (haven't played yet, just read changelog).
What I'm saying, is there new content, or it's the exact same spider in bed, and Lisa's homework that we all seen a million times in BB?
That's what I'm saying, because step-family and even cousins are alright by law it's not considered incest. Only people closely related by blood are legally barred from marrying, so only people closely related by blood are capable of incest.
The idea of step-family being considered incest is some bizarre artifact of platforms like Patreon banning actual incest content. At first, as a work around, we got incest not subtly disguised as totally-not-incest by using innuendo like landladies, step-mothers, step-twins, maids, ect. But at some point people started making games where the characters are actually unrelated within the scopes of their story, no innuendo implied. The former arguably deserved the incest tag, since it's obvious the blood relatedness of the characters was intended, but I think at some point people started confusing the tag being appropriate for characters that are not blood related. The latter does not deserve the incest tag, as the characters are deliberately not blood related.
But it's enough of a gray area a ton of games are inappropriately tagged with a confused idea of what incest actually entails.

I was also looking forward to the update and now I can't play it properly again.
Well, we have to wait for a fix update.
