Normal story progression; In the current version, IIRC, even if you are enemies with Eric, he will STILL give Lisa the gradual lessons. Could be that in the future the dev will remove such option, and make it that only by allying with Eric will you be able see Lisa being tutored by Eric & Ann, but I honestly doubt it.

I agree. I suppose the lessions are here to stay. For the enemy faction it's motivation to get rid of him before he does something worse.

With "Stick or Carrot" you now need "sexual experience" to "Hold back" during the movie so that she will kiss you at the end of the movie for 13/14, then you need to help "her with homework, washing dishes during the week, give her hand massages, and protect her from being punished." so that she will be topless 2 times to get 14/14. Day 80 and 8k money? That's not bad at all.
No, being enemy with Eric does not affect these events.
Lisa and Olivia events tend to happen once a week, so you need some patience.
The photoshoot with Kira should be independent from anything else and - if you finished all prequisites - will happen while all other girls are away. Did you buy the camera?
ps: Just be glad you are on Eric's good side. In the original story he robbed you of all your cash at some point and you had to get the same amount again within a month or so.

I always advertise (very important) on the day the food is ordered (every other day). That way you can't forget it. I already did it in the original game. Take pocket money from Ann every day at the beginning of the game. If possible clean the pool. If you play friendship path with Eric, you can get money from him twice a week. You just have to be patient, the more days you play, the more money you have. From day 50+ Max has no money problems and despite spending (I always buy cigarettes and if possible sweets) account balance will always grow.

In the bathroom 8:00 not in Alice's room. Only possible when Alice showers alone. Only after you have used the spider in the bathroom can you place the spider in Alice's room 0:00 to 0:50
