When playing the Friend path, at certain points in the story Eric will announce to now go for Alice / Lisa and asks Max for support. The player then can choose to help Eric or just pretend to help and instead try to play for time, e.g. to gather blackmail stuff against Eric.

The original game only had a hospital room, a shot of the school entrance and a coffee shop. Al the rest was 3rd party mods.
Most of the opportunities are connected among each other, so to progress further in one opportunity you first have to progress in some others. Check the hints ('?') for more details.
To progress with Party Girl you need to progress with Lisa, Alice and Kira in other events, too.

For cash influx you only realistically need the lounge cam, you'd have to do all the events there regularly though (foot massage with Alice, watch porn with Kira and spy on Ann and Eric) and spend money 2-3 times a week to buy ads.
Other than that, you should get cameras for Alice's room somewhat soon-ish, because it's required to progress an opportunity with her. Also, plant a camera in Anne's room, since I think you'll need to spy on Lisa's lessons.

... but only with the best intentions to show his affection ... allthough that would certainly put an end to "happily ever after".
He might want to come up with a better idea.

This is a "happy ever after story" Max is happy, the girls are happy, and some where underground even the worms are happy. Ok, so somewhere out there, an Eric lover is crying. But as a consolation Max will keep the skull on his bed post. And they all lived(except Eric) happily ever after. THE END

All Eric wants is to have an adventure with all the women of the villa. And he gives Max benefits to make this easier . The "betrayal "word is meaningless in this situation.

Cool. Thinking to give it a try. But playing abandoned games mostly seems a waste of time (this case may not be one and forgive the typos, its a way of life for me)

Eric must disappear, he makes more trouble than anything else now. And he interferes in things that do not concern him, which Max does unnecessary trouble with the others. That's why Eric has to go, I think it was a big mistake to put him in the game in the first place.
