The one on the main page does not have that option, that's correct. But it's updated for the current game version, older ones might cause problems.
The incest patch on the main page (lovetime) can be installed additionally.

It isn't that big a file to dl and it does seem to make better sense of the storyline.

Yes, the i patch or lovetime patch's only function is, adds incest to the game.

I'll keep the mod for now then. One file, more options. I mainly use it for influence and mood anyway. But mostly leave it switched off to reduce chances of it bugging my saves.

jfi: The persistent file posted by Lukumode also has unlocked cookies (due to current restrictions I don't know if the christmas cookies are unlocked as well, let's just assume they are).

The real renpy saves are in "%appdata% renpy folder".

The saves that are in the game folder are prioritized second
