I think I can meet you on that, not with Eric (me personally) though I must say from jump it was stated somewhere that Eric would never get to Alice and Lisa, that ending is equal to Game Over. If he (Aleksey) chooses to do that later its not on my anyway. But in another branches of course the girls can get boyfriends, girlfriends or whatever and that can have an alternative ending diverging from the main story. Once the story continues proportionally I'm good

Recovery period is long too. It's more common in Europe it seems. I actually had to research it myself.

The MC of this game is not as perverse as he should be, he will hardly have any future blackmail making Alice, Lisa, give Max a blowjob anywhere in the house. The blackmail that Max grants while talking to Alice on the side of the pool is useless to me, because asking her to walk around without panties during the day will not affect anything in the game, that is, you won't be able to enjoy Alice washing the dishes, for example in her nightgown and watching her ass without panties. Asking her not to wear the top while smoking is useless too, as is asking her to sleep without her clothes on.
The reason I would like to see more of the character is because the story could be better developed if there were more conversational dialogue between the two characters. I thought of something like, making Max paranoid and then Max seeing that his paranoia was real, that Eric was constantly trying to trick Max and make a fool of him. It would be something like that, throughout the story you would discover more about the character and get involved with him, discovering his secrets and etc;
So Max could be a "fake friend" of Eric and Eric introduce Max to an underworld, take him to nightclubs and introduce some prostitutes, show him some clandestine business and that at the end of this journey, Max would rip out everything Eric owned, Max would also find out that Eric was on the run and that loan sharks were looking for him. That would be the plot of this Eric event, of course, it would be a story and you need to build a script under it.
As for Lisa's rivalry with Olivia, I think this "you have sex with him" thing is childish. Lisa needs to be jealous but not show it to Olivia. As in a storyline, Lisa likes Olivia's boyfriend, Olivia when she meets Max she makes her boyfriend get closer to Lisa, so the moment Lisa sees Max having sex with Olivia in Alice or Ann's room, she starts to have more affection for Max. So she kind of takes Olivia out of the picture and tries to be with Max alone, after she gets her wish, she tries to get back with Olivia's friendship, because she repents, she sees that she was immature and invites Olivia back to the Villa. Lisa hates that others see her as childish (that would be her personality) and then Olivia suggests they have a threesome, in the story Lisa tries to refuse, and Olivia will say in her ear "You're not a kid, are you?" and Max says "C'mon Lisa, let's try"..
During these events, I would suggest that Olivia be dominant to Lisa, Lisa becomes more submissive to Max, accepting whatever he asks. Olivia however, suggests they both have a costume party, Max will buy a Roman outfit, Olivia will buy a domina outfit and she will bring Lisa a slave outfit. Lisa will ask, what is this? she will try to refuse to wear it, and Max will say it's just a costume. Well, I think the "lesbian" scenes should take place with Olivia and Lisa rather than creating a girlfriend for Alice. Lisa and Olivia are two young girls, their imaginations are beyond reach.
As for Alice's content, Alice would have a difficult personality, she is that woman who is the hard-to-conquer type and wants to be dominated. Nothing will be easy, the player could explore this nightlife or the underworld, Kira could work at some nightclub as a dancer or stripper and Alice too, there you can create other female characters to be interactive, maybe Vicky? (Vicky wouldn't be a dancer or stripper), Max then has an event where he wants to get Kira and Alice out of this place, maybe start a porn movie event. The porn movies would start with Max and Kira, but they would both be wearing a mask, Kira will say that the movie was good, that the money earn was decent but not enough and that it was improving it. Kira talks on her cellphone with her friends, trying to get them to do it, Alice overhears the conversation. One of Kira's friends shows up to record with Max and Alice was hiding in the house and is watching. After the recording, after a week, Kira will show up and give Max $1000 as payment and tell Max that it's not much, but it's just the beginning. Alice is interested in this business, she goes to Kira to ask if there is a way for her to participate, however she says she doesn't want to do it with Max, that she wants to do it with another guy. Max hears this and then asks Kira to do it with Alice, Kira starts laughing and asks if he isn't flying too high, Max responds with laughter, why not? Kira (mouth open surprised), says, "Max, I didn't know you had lust for your sister" Max will respond with a dull tone "well... It's not like that, it's more for pleasure" Kira likes the answer but she tells Max that she will refuse, Max then suggests the two of them do the recording but Max will be wearing a mask.
On the day of recording, Alice recognizes it's Max and try to refuse. Kira will say "it's not your brother, go soon". Alice says no, that she wants to do it with someone else. Kira will answer, there is no other one, only this one, do you want to do it or not? because there are other girls wanting the money. Alice accepts and in her thoughts she says "I can't believe what I'm doing with my brother, I'll kill him if he says anything about it". The next day, Max will hear from Alice to Kira that Ann can't know about this.
It was just an idea. I don't know if it was interesting but, it's this little type of erotic content that I would include.
But I found out that there is something, Alice might not wear her panties on her Friday night out, so the bathroom scene would be different to what it currently is and also maybe she wouldn't wear them when she was washing the dishes. Getting her not to wear a bra doesn't really do much either really except allows you to look at her tits when she's sleeping.
But I'll have to start another run through now just to check it out.
It usually requires IV ATB, and anti seizure medication. I have take care of a few patients with this condition in my career.

Ah memories. Worked 7 years in a hospital myself earlier in life as Admin (full time) and Support staff (part time). Nothing puts life into perspective like hospital work.
Seems like it is game over for NTR. So good time to wrap up the Eric-Lisa-Alice NTR and game over it for the NTR path if that's the call. I'm fine with that. I just want the payout that was built. If he wants to do the NTR deed and say reload earlier save once done or whatever then sure. It's better than nothing. Obviously, I would prefer it continues but seems like that's not going to happen.
And for folks like you who don't want to even see Eric, well, he's already gone in your game. The next few patches are just not your content. Everything afterward would be.
I, and I know others, would be infinitely more open to future antagonists and plots if we were given a resolution for the plot that is already going now.
In any case, seems like everything is on hold for a while now. Regardless of my hard feelings about the story, wishing Dev well and as swift a recovery as possible.

We seem to have some very different views when it comes to character content. I see you describe their sexual behaviour most of the time. Really, that's the last thing I am really interested in. There will be sex, ok. That's enough information for me (well, if it's about BDSM, then I know where the fast forward button is and if it's about rape, then I am out, but that's basically it). I am interested in the story around that. I don't see the story as a way to lead to sex scenes, instead I wan lewd scenes that fit into the story. If we are talking about competition between Lisa and Olivia, I am not talking about who gives more BJs (which I find very annoying in most of these games anyway. HJ here, BJ there, all the time. That's not my job, I am a programmer, but sometimes cusomers get passed to me (not so often as in the past) and of course it's always the software, that is responsible for their miserable life.
But I could not compare. I never worked for a hospital. Should ask my sis. But then again she has no way to compare it to other work ... *sigh*.

Btw, you won't be able to complete "control" - ever. The path you chose does not contain that. It's a little rpg like. Some quests can fail, depending on your decision.

There is no way to get closer to a person than prepping them for open heart short of playing for the other team. I'm genuinely scarred for life, but after awhile you get used to it. I've held the hands of DNR patients while they crashed. Transported miscarriages to the freezer, I've assisted with crush, fall, burn and explosion victims, wrapped and bagged expired friends. Hospital life is not for the faint of heart, I took too long to learn don't get too close to dialysis patients so I was one of the regulars in the basement Chapel along with the other slow learners. Now I'm trade, different type of stress but armed better than most.
