its really annoying that when devs go for incest games they still try and go around it with the landlord room mate crap. just own it already and ditch the landlord shit.

The incest is the whole appeal for a game like this. The landlady/roommate verbiage is just an easy way to get around the ridiculous restriction on it, and for any game that's popular, someone will pretty much always have an incest patch to change it back.

so can anyone tell me how i can get influence over the girls ? here eric is already at 100% and i cant seem to do anything. nothing i do gets any influence points. it also seems to be explained no where. (at war with eric if that helps)
Just do nice things for the girls, do Lisa's homework and wash the dishes and massages after a while, give Alice massages and cigarettes and compliment her on a Friday evening before she goes out, not sure you'll ever get Ann onside all the time Eric is around though.
Should have also said to try and protect the girls from punishment and buy them their favourite sweets once a week after they demand different stuff when they catch you peeping on them in the bathroom.

That has been an issue for a very long time. Eric's magical ability to be influencing the girls without even being there..
It a long road back unfortunately if you don't use cheats (my opinion)
Put away about two to four game weeks to get it under control
Lisa
1) help with homework everyday (not sure if the shoulder run helps so skip that)
2) wash dishes everyday
3) peek on her in the morning and night @ bedroom and complement her everyday
4) hand massage on Tuesday
5) Candy once a week
6) not sure of this one but make a mistake one a week during homework help then save here from Ann (once a week)
Alice (a lot easier)
1) Pool Massage everyday
2) give cigarettes every day if possible (set her up and save from Ann)
3) hide spider in her room and save her
4) help with dishes
5) chocolate once a week.
6) spend time with here one the couch or foot rub. No hanky panky
7) spider on the shower just save her and leave
8) Friday give her a chocolate tell her she look beautiful (nothing else needed after.

i did actually use cheats (only to give myself a head start after seeing a lot of empty hours) but still that was 2000 dollar and then i removed the cheats once more. but ill replay the entire game and see if this makes it work better. though giving them candy because you made a sound to purposely get spotted spying is quite a weird way to go about it if you ask me.

Because it's this age that Aleksey90 really wants to get out of character. Have you ever read his dialogue or the conversation with Eric where he makes the deal? All focusing on the age of 10 to 14 years old, not an 18 year old guy. That's why in previous versions when the mother and the mc watched television, it featured Looney Tunes. This really is one of the things that frustrates me about the game, but it's necessary for the game's lore to continue, which is a shame.

That version has a slight advantage because all the work was already done and it was just to piece together. This version art, story and mechanics are being redone from scratch

Well Art and Mechanics. Story is only tweaked at best for me so far.
it looks good so far though i am annoyed there is no simple way to go back a step to see other dialogue options like in this one. in this one you just scroll your mouse wheel and it goes back a step so you can explore.

؟I have saves from the three paths to view all the content. When talking about the agreement, I was referring to the whole conversation. Like all the dialogues in the game, the MC acts like a grumpy child or teenager, almost all the time wanting to claim he's an adult and failing to show that he is.
