Was really thinking of giving this a go but noticed the NTR tag. Sorry I know this is not supposed to be exactly like for like remake of the original game so I don't even understand why the dev put eric in the game again in the first place. Yeah it's probably to recreate the controversy that the original game created with this subject and good on the dev, But the biggest majority of players hated Eric so adding him makes little sense in gaining a bigger percentage of players. Or at least give the player an option of not appearing in the game at all. Even tho the 'Landlady' shall we call her isn't intimate with the mc yet she is still a potential LI for the mc and there for seeing her fuck Eric still gives of all the typical feelings that cuckolding and ntr comes with for players who don't enjoy that fetish or seeing another female fuck another man/women.
If there was a mod that removed Eric or the dev gave the option to remove him from the very beginning then I would be willing to give this a go but as it is I can't stand playing the game with him in it and it's a shame that he has been brought back.
For me one of BB favorite fans I have no problem with this kind of so called "NTR" in BB because I could blocked him from all girls but for his and I will say it again "HIS" girlfriend Ann.
eric is Ann boyfriend and she has no relationship with Max other than being his mom until later in the game after getting rid of eric.
eric tells Max his plane for Max's family and right then and there I tried everything the game allowed to block him.
Getting rid of him was very sweet revenge on my part and would do it over and over again.
I do not considered this as "NTR".

NTR (Or Netorare)
is literally a fetish derived around the main characters

Starting out none of the girls are Max's
primary love interest that comes later in the game.
Max finds out about what eric wants to do to his family and while Max does everything he can do to keep all the girls away from eric but for eric's girlfriend Ann he starts to fall in love with them, more so with Lisa than the others but still yet he starts to fall in love with all of them and after getting rid of eric he can start to show them that.
Then DS changed the story up and made Max nothing but a sex craze piece of shit instead of the romance DS promise early in the game.
DS hated that his game was pirated so he changed up from romance to what it ended with.
When he dropped BB he lost almost half of his patreon base and well over 15k a month, before he hid his income coming in it was close to 30k a month but now it is somewhere about 9k a month and that's only because he has reintroduce the girls from BB into his new game without the family relationship.
After reintroducing the girls from BB he is now back to about 2k patreons from the nearly 2700 he had for BB.
