Is it me or Max seems a bit "mentally challenged" in the latest pics?
Not only he looks stunted for his apparent age (IIRC he has finished high-school while he looks 14) but he also looks like there's something wrong with him.

Frankly, Max may not have been the first in his family to be into incest. He looks like someone that has an odd number of grandparents.

I admit I find him quite unlikable and creepy but I still think the option of "Get rid of him early" and "get rid of him through a long path" are good choices.

I suspect the "long path" is probably going to be something along the lines of Max being about to better manipulate the girls after learning whatever trick Eric is using on Anne to get her under his spell so completely.

Hopefully it won't work as well for Max. I find that level of control to be not very interesting. Kind of the same idea as mind control. If it's too powerful it's basically an "I win" button and there's no more challenge. But if it just allows him to push things a little farther than he would otherwise be able to I think that's fine. The challenge will be to try and limit his access to the girls long enough to learn the secret before getting rid of him.

Well, in original a lot of things to do with Ann, was because of what happened to her, as a child. Not sure in this version.
One thing I found out this week, there will be porn movies, with the family,(not Lisa)in this version. Not sure how, or when, it will tie in.

One thing I'm a bit curious about regarding Lisa is that in the original, Anne made it pretty clear she's more protective of Lisa than she is of Alice. So excluding Lisa from the pornos certainly makes sense, at least until closer to the end of the game. The path involving Lisa's "lessons" with Eric seems like one hell of a stretch for what she would allow even under Eric's control unless it never goes beyond her watching the two of them. She seemed resigned to Alice basically being a lost cause when it came to the pornos, although I found it amusing how the first chance she had to influence the story she has Max fuck her in the ass.

To be fair, I think the developer has the "impotency pills" and similar in mind, although I don't like the approach too much. I prefer a "get on in better terms with the family, raise your relationship with them so they will be more likely to trust you or believe you and then resist Eric framing you for stuff."
I mean, if Max can frame his sisters with planted cigarettes or bad grades or get in their good terms by buying them stuff or doing their homework ... Eric can frame Max too.
