I have had 100s of sessions with kira but I still can't start kissing lessons with lisa

More info, good. What are the current hints (white text if you click the hint icon) for the "mentor opportunity" and for lisa?
The hint for the mentor opportunity says Lisa should be in a good mood and I should find her while she is reading. When I do find her I don't have any chat option

The first lessons take place in the morning. I don't remember if that's also the point where the dialog option is supposed to show, but I woul say so.
And I can of course not say how good her mood and your influence are, that might be why Blackpanther asked for the savegame.

At night? I tried to help her without asking anything in return, I tried to help her by asking her to show her t*ts. (Footmassage) but none of it talk about kissing lessons

What have you done to poor Lisa? Her mood is like "not bad" (that's not good, that's 50/50: "meh, whatever") and her attitude towards is not higher than "aquainted". Would you start kissing lessions with every stranger you meet on the street? ... No, don't answer.
You need to be nicer to your roommate. Help her with dishes, help her with homework, give her handmassages (twice a week).
Also enter the bedroom when she's in and leave when she asks you to ("I won't interrupt"). Everything to get "Lisa's spirit rose" and "Her attitude towards Max has improved" messages.
Using your savegame and increasing these values the dialog options triggered for me on Friday morning.

No worries. I made the same mistake at some point. Since there was no new content for Lisa, I ignored her for a while. Then when it was necessary to have her mood at a certain level, I had to grind it up (maybe it even was the kissing lessons).
It's easier if you just keep up a certain routine while you do other stuff. Once the values are high enough, you don't have to do that on a daily base to keep them up. Pick actions that are done with a few clicks: Help Alice/Lisa with dinner, plates and so on, visits in the mornng before school, gift some choccolate once a week, ...

Do I need to makes the game folder? Because all I'm seeing in files is a saves folder and a log file. Playing on a Lenovo Duet with Android Pie.
Some progress paths look "forced" :
- Kira is very open minded but when she takes a bath at night the player has no option to enter, just knock or spy using the ladder. I doubt that she locks the door at night when everybody is asleep and there are mostly girls in the house anyway.
It would be more consistent if Max could at least enter the bath and talk to her and Kira sends him away if progress with her is not high enough.
- Max can watch porn with Kira at night and masturbate but other options like swim at night or take a bath together can still be locked. If Max made progress with Kira, this progress should to some degree affect all lewd events with Kira.
- To progress with Lisa, she has to be in "very good" mood and Max has to offer doing her homework for her, forcing her to show her tits. She then decides to do her homework by herself and asks Max for a leg massage instead. If she can do the homework on her own and she does not intend to let Max do it for her, there is no reason to show the tits in first place.
At this stage of mood and corruption she probably could ask Max directly for a massage and offer her tits as reward.
- The 2nd camera in the bath.
I got events with most pairs of characters in the bath using both notebook and ladder and according to comments Max is well aware that he cannot see the whole room with one camera alone but there is no option to buy a 2nd camera. All other cameras are already placed.
It should be sufficient to notice the blind area with one pair of characters and not with all possible character pairs to unlock 2nd bath camera.

Are you sure? I always start with the feet even after giving Alice the body suit. Since even if I start with the thighs, Max then says "Let's start with the feet" when you move on. Also the hint in Alice's profile still says to start from the feet.
how many times lisa do friday night with olivia? there has been some night and now they are no more meeting at friday nights so i cant get lisa topless to continue

BB-type games usually have 2 different modes :
- non-incest, e.g. with landlady, neighbour, tenant, roommate
- incest, e.g. with mom, aunt, son/daughter, brother/sister
It would be nice to have a 3rd (neutral) mode which does not specify any relations at all but only uses names, e.g. Ann, Max, Lisa, Alice. For example everytime the current game uses mom/landlady, the neutral mode would just use "Ann" to adress or refer to Ann. Since BB is fiction, there is no need to specify any relations ... (except for sexual relations.)
