Go in at 10:30 or later. There should be two little buttons on the right side to help skip time in smaller increments. It's still RNG, but you should see her fully clothed on the balcony if it worked properly.

Where is the save file location? I know they are in the game folder but the main files are normally stored in user / appdata / roaming / renpy but cannot find the game here.

the first time you will NEVER succeed. you need to fail once and succes after (for the 1/3).
after that you need to do it 2 more times (2/3 & 3/3) to watch all scences. (the 2/3 & 3/3 works with the save load trick!)
