If you take that update as "it took him four months to do a weeks worth of content" then you're just being disingenuous.

excited for week 2 of the game which will came out in early 2025
No way we only get 1 week of content. We should play a game guessing what his next excuse will be. I’m guessing “my computer broke down”.

People we are going to have an update of a week of teasing and then wait 4 months for more teasing and there are players who are excited.
The first week, as I understand it, we will meet Eric again.
Kira appears sort of later.
As for the chapters, I wonder how much content is planned for each chapter, for example, if you take the previous version of v0.09.2.03, was there enough content there to divide into chapters?

hello everyone this player will last like the snow in March they say in my part he cannot continue like this and expect people to continue to support him or there are others who would like to support him if he works well I often hear people say that you are not paying but sorry is it normal that you are not paying would you like to pay for something you don't have?? I would have wanted to support him but obviously I took some time to look at his work and it seems to me really not very serious then everyone should make their own reflections
Glad to hear he's making progress. This is my favorite version of BB. The rebuild is really nice.
Some people here seem to think I'm way more invested in this game than I actually am.
Only investment I have is wanting to play it, I'm not a "paid fluffer" or "Aleksey's second account" or anything else I've been called.
Progress is definitely going slower than anyone wants, even the dev, but it sounds like he'd rather be working on the game than dealing with all the other stuff going on in his life the last few years.
And just stop with the off-topic posts if you don't want them to get removed, how hard is that to understand?
Now whether that's all part of chapter one or not is another question, need to see what other changes were made as far as the story progression goes too.

Yeah the rebuild does look nice.

There were similar ideas about a new chapter after getting rid of Eric, but abandoned the idea due to the fact that Eric was still in the house on other paths.
how does that prevent ending a chapter there? it doesn't matter if the chapter ends there or not, the problem is 2 significantly diverging paths which almost doubles the amount of dev work and slows down progress significantly
hence it would make sense to get rid of his character even on the friendly path, yes, some players will grieve for few minutes because of losing their buddy and maybe make some angry comments on the internet, yet the world will still move on, he can suffer some medial issue, car accident, work accident, alien abduction, whatever, just get rid of him so you don't have to make 2 separate sets of scenes and renders and can progress with the main story, use the opportunity to introduce a new character if you have to, or create new drama
the problem IMHO, which I spoke about in another bb thread, is that devs thinking they have to rely on the feedback and let patreons dictate the script, that is just lazy and creates lots of other issues down the road, not to mention the loudmouthes will never be satisfied with the development either way, instead of having your own story development arc and timeline, sticking to it, and revealing step by step what to expect in nearest couple updates, which helps to avoid inconsistencies which plague these games because different event progress doesn't line up and you have to introduce complex code to deal with it, which, as previous examples show, leads to bugs in the game play almost 100% of the time and then becomes the excuse to start things over...

When I first heard that this game was being rebuild, I was concerned.
However, fans of the game said that what was already out there would be updated quickly.
Is this game still part 1? That's great.
Actually, it's pointless to complain here, I know, I know.
I just want to wish those who are waiting for this game a long life.

Afair you meet Eric at the end of the 1st week. And before that there's hardly any content other than spying on the girls while they change or setting up the cameras. What else was there?
I mean it's really convenient that he has built up scenes/events from future weeks that we don't get to see for months anyway giving him enough time to make them even if he hasn't yet.
