What's your definition of "completed"? There are multiple things that were done even in the original that can be considered the end of the game:
- defeating the bad guy (check)
- fucking Ann (check)
- stop living with your parents and start a new life in the military academy
(check)

Original BB is pretty much completed in my book - all but end credits. What else is there to tell?
I imagine Max is more-or-less "normal" guy who achieved all the "achievable" goals, grew out of it and moved away with his life.
P.S. Let's not forget unlike Eastern Europe, they put you in jail in America for way too many reasons including fucking your mom.

I think so, yes. Before Kira's arrival, Alice only blogs and watches TV on Fridays. She doesn't go out.
Once the candy action is unlocked, there are several scenes to be unlocked, one requires to leave Kira and go directly to Alice. Maybe you meant that one.

Is that actually forbidden by law if both are adults?
I mean ... there are obvious good scientific reasons (sick children) why incest is not good and it's banned from society for good reasons, but is there an actual law against it?
Usually social laws in eastern Europe and asian countries are a lot more strict than in the US.
And story wise ... I always find it sad when "had sex, can go now" is the end of a story. I prefer the stories, where intimacy is part of it, not the goal. If screwing Ann was the main goal in the game, I would never had bothered playing it or at least I would have given up on it a long time ago.
Every BB incarnation had a lot of open threads, starting with the premisse of the game, dad leaving the house and leaving hidden cameras behind. There is a story in there somewhere.

Florida, for instance, where presumably Max lives – from 5 up to 15 years and at least $5k fine.
Crime is - any person related by lineal consanguinity, or a brother, sister, uncle, aunt, nephew, or niece attempt to marry or engage in sexual intercourse (defined as the penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ, however slight; emission of semen is not required).
Thus, all of them – Max and the rest of the crew – would go to jail.
In Russia at the same time if you would openly romantically live with your mother you’ll be relentlessly ridiculed by society. State would never recognize you as a married couple.
That’s it.
Unless someone is underage of course (which is 16, or 14 in certain regions.). Then - it is child abuse.
Woman is always entitled for child support from a father, incest or not.
This was the case back in the Soviet Union or Russian Empire as well.
No one cares what adults do in the privacy of their homes, until and unless they put it in front of their neighbors. Then it’s everyone’s business (but state)

No, I was asking about the actual remake (Big Brother: Ren'Py - Remake Story), that's supposed to stay very close to the original and the mod collection (0.13.0.7).
