The link you mentioned is the Game Mod, which is separate and focuses on game-play enhancements.

She was the main character on one of the two paths in Glamour, so I guess she has some popularity, it allowed to team her up with different guys and girls. But she was never one of my favorites. That whole pseudo dominance thing with Alice and Kate in the original never was my thing.

I thought that Glamour Kate and BB Kate were different characters?

unless Glamour Kate was a complete redesign and they were always supposed to be the same.

They are in fact Ann comments on that at one point and how she prefers Glamour Kate to BB Kate

If they're testing now and don't find too many bugs, the half-update should be out in 1-2 weeks.
If they do find a lot however ... bugfixing takes time.

Btw, don't make the mistake to think that version designations are fraction numbers. They don't have anything to do with the actual progress towards an end goal. After 0.99 there can always be a version 0.100
