Ha ha ha - True, that is why I basically considers the initial BB as completed!
However, if you tread the incest taboo correctly. (There is no acceptance in society or friends, and no remote island where they magically don't care about that shit)
Then of course the tension shifts from when doing it, to keeping it a secret and not getting exposed.
