I know about the waiting for 2 years I to was a big fan of original BB, Aleksey was a big fan, a lot of his fanart is here on F95. He loved this game so mush he decided to remake it so we can have a ending to it someday, hopefully. As for differences, I don't think there will be big changes from original game. I think he's going for smaller things that help improve the playing experience. Things like hugs, kisses, romance, less grinding.
