they are just porn games and are not to be confused with being "realistic"... actually I'm probably more concerned for players that DO play these games for 'immersion' & 'believability'... it shows a very sad state of affairs & an obvious dissatisfaction with their own lives that they have to attach so much emotion to a porn game. I play a LOT of games for "escapism" (Fallout, Witcher, Far Cry, etc...) but not for "immersion"...

Always hated those type of arguments...

I (and i believe most of the peoples who's playing those games) play adult (it's not always equal porn) games to get what i can't in real life too, to play with the fantasies and so on, and the more immersive those games are - the better, this way it gives you the realization of your fantasies, in a way at least .

Can't see any sense in using argument like: it's just a game, maybe you've got problems, go see a doctor an so on - first of all it's the own business of every single person, secondly - especially when it's used to excuse bad game quality, bad game design, stupid illogical plot, bad scenario and writing and so on...

What is the point of trying to make your game the best game ever possible if you can just do something, ask people to support it, then, when being asked about wtf is this sh*** you've done and where is the stuff you promised, use this highly irritating

it's just a game, i didn't even liked the idea of this from the very beginning

I know this will sound like "I read Playboy for the articles", but I play porn games for the story. All the games I'm playing for the moment are games where I'm invested in the story. If it's a simple "boy wants to get it on with his family without too much hassle", I'm not interested, because there's enough of those out there. Been there, done that. That's why I was interested in the original BB. Because the dev threw a wrench in the gears from the start, and we had to overcome that problem. The bigger the challenge, the sweeter the reward and all that. But that wrench got removed and we didn't even do it. And suddenly the power struggle was gone, and we weren't even the one that came out on top. What little control we had was ripped out of our grasp. Suddenly Lisa didn't care, Alice took charge, Ann still saw us as a little boy to pamper and we became a pawn in Kira's plans. That wasn't the game I signed up for.

I know all about the challenge, and struggle, I was in a real war, and was blown to bits for my trouble. Taken out by a enemy that I never saw. They say I was the lucky one, because they were able to sew most of the bits back together. As for the game there was no struggle, no challenge, the DEV did not allow Eric to be hurt. All max could do, was call the mob to get Eric. A lot of challenge to pick up the phone, was it? If we could fight Eric, hell even if I got my ass kicked, it would be a better game. When I was in school, and confronted by a bully, I hit him in the face as hard as I could, got my ass kicked, sure. But I never cowed down, not then, not now, not ever. The butt hurt ones, were the ones that did not get to see Eric(not his real name)fuck up there family, and cow down to him.

I think it's good that Eric arouses such emotions. Only if you put your heart into it, you have real fun and it means that it's a great game. I already wrote that the game has brought the old atmosphere back to life, so I became one of the supporters. I personally love the challenge. In the old BB I played countless times the first 30 days because I liked the part best, after that it was too easy. I would be happy if the progress with the relationships would be slow. The best scene in the old BB for me was when Lisa learned to kiss. Also in this game, I think the best part was until we bought the second camera. Now we have a lot of money and everything becomes too easy. Personally I long for tenderness and true feelings and I love the time before the first sex comes. That's why the sex scenes are not so important for me.

First of all, I'm sorry to hear about your hardships. This is something that shouldn't happen to anyone, and I truly hope everything works out for you.
That being said, I'm sorry, what? What the fuck does that have to do with anything? You do know there are challenges and struggles other than the ones you went through (which you must admit, are pretty specific). I never went to war. I never got disabled. But I still was faced with challenges and struggled through life. I faced a narcisistic mother who never cared about me. I experienced mental and physical abuse. I stil managed to make something of myself, even though I'm not the man I could have been. Our lives are very different, but don't think no one else suffered just because they didn't go through the exact same experience as you.
Now, let's break down what you said about the game:
"No struggle, no challenge, the DEV did not allow Eric to be hurt." Well, a seemingly invincible opponent, that does seem like a challenge, doesn't it?
"All max could do, was call the mob to get Eric. A lot of challenge to pick up the phone, was it?" No, picking up a phone isn't a challenge. On the contrary. Max was always portrayed as being smarter than what people thought he was. The whole point was to outsmart him in the long run. From a writer's point of view, this is a cop out, because Max didn't outsmarting his opponent, if anything, it conformed that he's just as dumb as everyone thinks he is.
"If we could fight Eric, hell even if I got my ass kicked, it would be a better game." No, no it wouldn't. Because the one thing people hate to see, even more than some guy fucking their girls, is said guy kicking your ass, proving he's better than you after all. Smart people (which again, Max was supposed to be), know when to pick their fights. But no fights ever turned up. DS skipped right to the boss battle, which was taken care by someone else. It's basically playing Skyrim where you ask an NPC to kill all the bad people without your help. And also, this isn't a fighting simulator, but a porn game.

maxbishup provides most of the information for this game on this forum. Asking for people to be banned because you don't like their take on the game isn't helpful.

That was from 3.5 but was not complete, in your save, Lisa should not be sleeping in her pants. The guide was on patreon, and was provided here, a long way back. Look at incomplete opportunities.

Ok, so sorry to hear about your mom, never got to know mine. But they say she was a good lady. My point was that when faced with a invincible opponent, you can run to your "safe place" what ever that means,(something made up by snowflakes) are you can take a few of his teeth out, maybe rearrange his face a little. Even if you take a few licks yourself, you are at lest a man, not a coward. And if Max is "as dumb as everyone thinks he is" How the hell was he " always portrayed as being smarter than what people thought he was" that does not add up. In a game, you cannot have a challenge or struggle, if the DEV, provides no way for the MC to fight, ether with fist, are brains. Oh, and getting your ass kicked, does not make the other guy a better man. Being a coward, makes the other guy a better man. Now I never had a family to speak of, but if I did, I think I would rather get my ass kicked, than let some SOB fuckup my family, but you do you.
