You're missing the point, I've played this at at least 5 times so I know what to look out for however most people don't bother replaying these games or want to use a walkthrough especially when they find it frustrating and obscure the first time. If Devs want to reach a broader audience they need to account these issues.

This is how game mechanics are designed. If you miss it, you miss it forever.
But the point is that a missed opportunity should not completely affect the development of other opportunities, there should be a clear indication of missed opportunities.
A lot of times, players miss opportunities and don't even know they've missed them, which leads them to play for a long time before they realize they can't continue.

Not with the mother, and avoiding the NTRish bits with the sisters depends on you managing to do things "right".
However, there's no real explicit NTR content aside from the mother yet anyway.

Lessons are every Monday at 2200. If you chose to be friendly (pretend) with Eric and have done "control op", then you get to sometimes spy on them through the window and then ask Lisa what the lessons were (even though you already know). If you chose to be at war with Eric then you can only spy on them using the cam and then ask Lisa what the lessons were. This will be a progressive cycle until Ann no longer wants to further Lisa's lessons which makes Eric convince Lisa to practice sex ed with him without Ann. If you have higher influence on Lisa at this point, Lisa will listen to you and she will no longer allow Eric to continue the lessons, then Eric will slander you a few days later. If Eric has higher influence on Lisa, then Lisa will not listen to you and you have to intervene during their lesson, then Eric will slander you a few days later.
