We are on the same page there. What i feel is required after Eric is gone is a new hurdle to overcome, maybe forcing Max to get an actual job or something, instead of just staying at home being useless.

Imagine Lotr without Sauron and Orcs and the quest to Mordor, it would just be some guys drinking beer and strolling throught the fields. I don´t need something that epic, only something to make the final reward more sweet.

Apparantely that was Aleksey's plan from the beginning, even before BBAS was changed from a pure follow up to a remake.
The job was always present in the plans for the future.

It's a remake of the old BB-Renpy version.. it's pretty much the same except the inclusion of a mod that adds some nice Eric-Ann animations(sex lessons with Max).. other than that it's the original BB content..so far..

Aleksey90 Apparently from patch notes " - Eric accuses Max of stealing (only when feuding); " is not entirely true unless there is a different path that happens when you are on the friendly/sneaky path in which Eric is suppose to accuse you of stealing his wallet with $25k in it.

I played it for a bit now. It's more of a port + Eric extension and not a remake. They recycled the original pics and some fan art that was also used for the big BB mod.

There are improved hints in the guidance system. However, the controls are prehistoric, even worse than in the original. Also it is damn slow. After every click there is a pause, no idea why. It's good for a trip down memory lane, but I prefer BBAS by far. It has so much more variety and the progress feels more natural.

People who claim that BBAS was a 1:1 copy of BB should try that remake to see how wrong they are.

On friendship path so far happens nothing. Friendship path progress was announced for the next update.
