I start the game and it crashes without loading until the end

OK so I started a new game because I kind of messed up and bought the dress and swimsuit (yes I was using cheat mod) I restarted because I feel like the game is not progressing and I'm now following the walk through but in the walk through it says I need the buy the swimsuit for Alice in order to not lose her but iirc you can't have that much money, do I just use money mod again or just let Eric buy the swimsuit?

That's where the online bank comes in.
It is actually possible to get enough money, but the game is designed in a way that you should not. On the last day where it is possible to buy the clothes (Max will tell you so), you can look for a online bank and get a loan.
Even if you DO have enough money, do it anyway, because if you don't, the bank will not be accessible for the rest of the day.
And yes, the game starts slow, there was no need to restart. Read the hints in both character profile and opportunities and visit the girls in different situations at different times to discover new opportunities.

Why is it that there was a Malware Quarientine of the .exe file? Last download there was no issue but after the loading at the start happened the whole thing was canceled and such...

Game main folder \ game \ saves
And
{OS drive}:\Users\{your login name}\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\BB_AS
Or copy and paste the following phrase in your win Run menu or Windows browser and then enter:
%appdata%\RenPy\BB_AS

So I take it there is no Ann update in the next version as she has just split up with Eric so we are meant to leave her alone

I'm kind of stuck currently. No one will talk to me, and Alice isn't sleeping naked, so I can't move forward with getting pics of Eric. I tried previously, but the conviction rating was too low apparently (50%) to grab the camera in time. Any suggestions?

Some people said that in this case you need to talk to Alice at 13:00 and the only option will be to make her sleep naked.
I can't confirm it, I made sure she was sleeping naked before the event. But it seems logical, because it would be game over if that wasn't possible.
If it won't work, just load an autosave two days before the event, so you can make sure she will sleep naked (one day to tell her, that any deal you previously made is off, the next day to tell her to sleep naked. Also use a spider on her that night to make sure she will obey).
