Funny Aleksey seemed irritated with me the first time we talked (but he answered me questions none the less). A lot of enough is put into the details and I think it bugged him I was taking the easy way by asking him. When only (his words) " if people would read" the answers are right there. He's right the game does easier if you take your time are read the dialogues.

Honestly I have been thinking this for a long time now. First he got covid, then his dad died, now he's sick with a different disease. In isolation, it's believable that he'd be suffering through one of those circumstances. But it's just been one after another for a while now, and truth be told I havent seen much progress on the game itself in a while (not to mention any update he releases is riddled with bugs and requires at least one bugfix patch to be playable).
The most annoying part about expressing such concerns over the legitimacy is the passive-aggressive comments you'll receive telling you to 'go play another game' or something. I really don't mean to hate on Aleksey, or this game. Aleksey (from what I know) has been a big contributor in the BB fan art thread for a long time (at least this was before he started the game). I've been following this particular remake since *day 1*, and I personally thing the render Aleksey has made for this game are without a doubt *among the best* out of all the 3dcg h-games you will find on this site. There is plenty of reason to suggest that Aleksey has passion for this game, but I'd be lying if I said there isn't the cynic in me who is worried that he may be lying to his patreons for a quick buck. I hate to say it, but this is something that is super common among h-game devs.
That being said, I do wish Aleksey a speedy recovery and I wish him all the best on this game.
