Originally it was planned as sequel, but then he decided to remake the scenario with his own ideas.
If you think it's the same game and not worth to play it, feel free to not play it. But badmouthing is just annoying for everyone and will get you on the ignore list of several people.
If you are looking for a carbon copy however, look for Big Brother Ren'Py Remake Story. They changed little content of tghe original, reused the graphics and added some new events made by fans.

for me problem is always goes backward ages ago tis game reached 0.13 then patreon rules change instead of do few sllly change like mom landlady etc he abondon it he wasnt happy with his milking game as u see his next game he go full diffrent direction online etc so he use as excuse
then lot of clones came this is most advanced time all others give up
and whoever asked didnt even came half content kind a goes even slower then orginal and still no new think
still lot of people swallow it but nail he coffin unfinish clone game didnt even recach 5 year ago abondedd game content redone ao again start all over so guess if u wana see advanced new sotry content bb need to wait 2030-35 around unless he decide one more rebuild from start then good luck see lisa outside scool sceen at 2050 if we stay alive

The question is, how can you get the second level of stealth? Without it it is impossible to enter the room.

There is no aunt in this yet and stepladder should (maybe) be in the next update.

Can you increase stealth level to v2.0 yet? I am stuck on level v1.0 even after filling the meter fully. Also how do you increase the Massage meter?

No, and that's for a reason: The images you would see when entering Ann's room are not in the game yet.
You also can't increase massage meter for the same reason, there are no massage scenes in the game yet.
I just hope that viewing the massage online tutorial now won't bug the game and leave us with a value of 0 once the value becomes important.
