Seems like this has only a few very early quests, which are unfinished or don't proceed.

Example you can't buy a book for Alice, or watching TV with Ann doesn't lead anywhere even after weeks.

mostly aesthetics nicer interface, better graphics, more options on repeatable scenes like spying (more outfits and poses) a few other polishes and tweaks

Other the the time it take to make this I love the Quality of the game! I pick Quality over Quantity any day but I wish they can speed of the development of the game a lot faster.
