I understand the frustration but its still in chapter 1, the dev doesn't want to rush things I believe. Next update 0.09 is the final update of chapter 1 so there may be a lot more spicy scenes

Not in your life time (joke) .... This game is a slow process of corruption and manipulation by a not-so-bright main character. (I stopped playing when they made the remake because I knew it would take them too long to get to the good stuff.)

Updates do take some time to come out but it sounds like the dev doesn't need this money so that tells me he more than likely is working full time and doing this project on the side. Now I will add for saying they don't need any money and only doing this for fun. I am surprised that there isn't just one tier and it be 5$ or 10 at most. Either way look forward to the next update.

Sorry to interrupt you but this message of yours has skipped out of reality. If you take a look at his patreon you will see that there are currently about 600 paying supporters. If you keep in mind that the lowest 1 Dollar Tier will get you the latest game only a few days after the highest tier (!) and that there are no other differences between the tiers (not counting a few extra renders on patreon), it is kinda safe to assume that a lot of these 600 supporters will be on lower tiers. So when estimating the developers real monthly income, it doesnt end in heights were the developer will get rich from this. It would also surprise me a lot if even in lower cost areas he gets enough income from this to work fulltime on it.

Is the game developing slow ? Yes.
Is the game getting regular (!) updates ? Yes.
Is the developer lacking a bit of communication with his patreons as of progress reports ? Yes.
Are you forced to support the developer ? No.
Is the developer scamming people ? No.

Is the Developer making a good job with the rework ? Yes, absolutely.
