Hopefully we get an option to avoid it entirely, not just skip it. It'd suck to see this one just do the same thing all the other clones do with Eric. I have no issue with a cuck path existing for those that like that stuff, but an optional path to completely avoid it happening at all would be nice because, as much as I've like the change of pace so far, the game will just end up on my ignore list like all the other clones if it's unavoidable, no matter how quickly you're able to stop it.

are you sure, it's the "latest" version?
First of all check if you see "rebuild" anywhere. (and before that check the modification date of the file in the archive before unpacking)
