The changelog for 0.09.00 says:
For Max and total:
- a window has been created with a selection of game chapters (it will work starting from version 0.10);
- Changed Eric's arrival for dinner (now it happens on the 21st day of the game);
- work has begun on the "revision" of Chapter 1 (to be completed in version 0.10).
Dinner with Eric is the evening of the 21st day!
That is, all quests with new additions (0.09.00) that are not closed on this date will move to 0.10.00 and to CH1? Or maybe at 0.10.00 the final (CH1) dinner date will be postponed again and all quests will be closed?
And yes, where was it stated that the content saved before dinner with Eric in CH1 would be compatible with CH2?

You won’t need to replay all of Ch1. Aleksey said to make a save file at the evening of Day 21, before the dinner with Eric, because nothing is planned to be majorly changed prior to that point.

most likely, that's not an issue yet. In the old version you had to see at least one scene with Eric and Ann, so Max would get the idea to do something against it.

I think, the most useful hint would be, to post, how to use the search function.
Well, I don't see a reason for saves anyway.
Why should I play a game by a full save?
