^ I'm stuck on like 6 or 7 opportunities because of the lack of info...

The guide doesn't help either. One example, buy new exercise clothes for mom and give it to her. Neither the walkthrough or in-game say how or when to give it to her. I've tried to talk to mom anytime she is home and I can't give it to her. I bought the clothes and it's in my inventory, but no option to actually hand it over.

The fact is that I did not think anyone would have trouble giving Ann clothes. But, ok now I will add this to the guide.
Talk to Anna on the weekends when she is alone (in her room or when she reading a book).

The NTR can be avoidable but depends on you, if you take much time to get rid of Eric you will see NTR because when the story is progressing Eric is progressing with the girls too. And for some people was hard to get rid of him. Still there is not much content and I think is not NTR for now. Just Eric fucking with the mom and I don't know if the sex scene between Eric and Kira is implemented.

Almost no. You cannot prevent this from happening to one of the characters.

No, this is not a complete update and it's only major changes have been made to previous parts of the game
