How to change the clothes of other girls in the main menu?

Right now it only let's me change Ann's clothes. The rest of the girls options are greyed out

By finding cookies in different places in the game.

You "should" play what you like to play. If you want to see Eric stuff to the girls, be a friend. If you think it's fun to betray him, be fake friend. If you don't care for Eric at all or hate his guts (and his face and his haircut and his smell and his dog and his mom...), play the enemy path.

Or you just wait for an update where that action will become possible.

No need in one. There's no "preferred choices" in dialogs, just grinding.
Where and when - you can see in Quests and get detailed hints right there.

It's not savegame dependent (would not work for the title screen otherwise). Like other unlockable and the chosen clothes for the title screen it's saved in the persistent file.

d:\Mom_DO_NOT_CLICK\BigBrother_AnotherStory-0.08.0.06-pc\game\saves\persistent

To get the game on a clean computer and have your unlockables, you only need one of the two files.
