Nope. The game is quite straightforward when it comes to choices or sequences which you can miss if you don't act in time.

Using this as a measuring stick, if you start a new game Eric is deposed about halfway through. The dev has said from the being that Eric will eventually be gotten rid of on all routes (I interpret that to even mean may converge into on route temporarily or permanently). War path is done with him, think fake friendship is in the next update maybe both. Long and long I don't foresee much Eric content left on the remaining routes. Also I'm not the dev can't speak for him, but I would not hold out much hope on him going all the way with Lisa or Alice.
My copy (.05 compressed) switches to English back even after I click "Russian". Only second switching works, and after loading any save - it's English again. Something in this mechanic seems broken.
lol if Eric won't have an option to stay in ANY of the routes, then like uh how is this any different than original? might be a silly question but didn't follow this one closely enough to know
Eric is not the only Protagonist in this (XX_AS). And I didn't lose interest in the game when I got rid of him. Try it first, it was a pleasant surprise to realize it's still fun with no frustration. Plus even after I completed all the task I'm still finding a lot of hidden scenes and dialogues throughout the game.
This game was originally intended to start where old game was abandoned, that's why it was called "Another Story". Eric wasn't even going to be in this game, but the dev decided to make some changes to the first part, so he started the game over. So we will not get to the start of this game, until we get to the point where the old game left off.
Think we're now coming out off BB and moving to AS
Well, things are starting to change up a bit from original, but we still have a way to go, before we reach the abandoned point of original.
