Make sure you do the candy-free massage in front of the TV for Alice 3 times Successfully.

After the last scenes, Dev cuts the path with a hamfisted hard road block that makes no sense and the impression is that there will be no further Eric-Lisa scenes. So no, no worthwhile Eric-Lisa content here. If you want that, some of the fanart in the BB fanart thread has some. Otherwise, PornGodNoob promised Eric-Lisa NTR, but he stopped Dev due to Russian sanctions with no clear path to continue.

I have more or less the same opinion. He's not the center of the story, just "the guy in the house". Most game content takes place without him anyway. If some people are loud enough, there might be a little touching at some point on the other paths. But I have the impression that these are mostly about Ann.
Edit: Well, he might get something from Kira, who knows.
Damn, I miss that scene from the original when we could ask Kate's mom to get rid of him (and she does help out). On one of the paths to throw him out we learned that he's using a false name and is some crook.

I miss the mafia plot, trying to find the reference concerning the limit of Eric's relationship with Alice and Lisa but it was a long time ago.
Can't even remember if it was posted here, Patreon or Discord.
