I read all kinds of reviews/criticism, especially the negative ones. Just like I see and read all the feedback from players/members/people. I'm not the type of person who ignores negative criticism or thinks that everything I'm doing is good, I know how to evaluate things and I also know that my game isn't 100% good. There are 18 pages of "another one", but I believe that 50% of people didn't even download it, they are just criticizing it, that's fine, I won't get upset about it.

Furthermore, I could be making another story, better to say, other characters, another narrative, my own story developed by me, but I chose to make Big Brother because I like it and also because I want to. I always repeat, I'm making the game for those who are fans, for those who aren't, leave a comment "another one", no problem. Also, this game of mine is not a copy of Dark Silver, it is my own development, it may contain some elements that are part of the story, yes, but the script and plot are developed by me. In addition to me bringing new characters, some not developed by me but are scripted by me.

I'm no longer someone who wants to make a gold mine like many out there, I've often thought about giving up, after all, it's not easy to build this in VN, especially for a person like me who likes to make the narrative more natural and developed. Those who criticize, didn't even get to play, because at the end of the story I had made a mini-story that contains explicit scenes,

Not hating but if you get rid of Eric entirely I would play... that simple. I believe he is the reason the orignal and all remakes since have failed. That's just my opinion though. Good luck.

Are there any examples of media / stories outside of the porn games on this site, where the community develops on top of preexisting work like this? We don't want to let go of the characters even if the creator is done with them, so it keeps going, and then due to this being taboo, noone is really going to claim copyright or original ownership, the models and graphics are probably mostly assets too so it might even be impossible. It is a weird sort of collective ownership, where nothing is really cannon.

Maybe something like ancient mythology, where the stories just become culture with no ownership.

What i believe is happening (and so why so many "another one" memes) is that you can choose any name for the game, but choosing "big brother" people will see the name and will think "another copy what will try to lure people that liked that game and will get abandoned".

Yeah, and like you said it will not be a copy of the old game but will be inspired by that story, and i'm not saying that people should not give this game a change and try, but still, that name is some kind of curse here, after so many remakes/copies that got abandoned from people that just wanted a quick cash grab from people that liked that game.

I regret what happened, but there were many fake accounts that were just watching me. No, this is not schizophrenia or Alzheimer's, this is the fact that another developer of another game with his team and active members were copying me. I had already noticed this since the time of Glamour, Dark Silver, which, by the way, was why Dark Silver had to abandon his project. I do not allow myself to be another Dark Silver, where my content is copied and shown as its own as was happening.

About you, unfortunately I wasn't accepting people who were just snooping around and passing info to another dev. Some people think that the creation of BB is just to create intrigue or something like that, but I've been carefully waiting for a few years until I took the step of starting my own project, my own story and my own development. There are people who, as I always say, like Big Brother and therefore there are two types of people, those who just like a developer/creator (who they have as their favorite) and those who just like Big Brother, regardless of who it is. I only accept people from the second option, and I know that there are a lot of people who don't like my work and just want to observe me so that other people's work is better, steal some of my ideas, try to improve their script and plot, as they do.

Anyway, I'm not accusing you but I am saying that I suspected you, and yes, I have thought about giving up everything because of this. It's not easy for me, working alone, living in a country where I have to work in extreme heat, I'm not a rich person, I struggle to survive, I'm not earning 5k or more per month, I've been trying my best and struggling to keep going even though some of the things I've been doing were being copied, now, what were my options? working on this game and seeing others benefit from your project, pretending to be "the genius" who is now having magnificent ideas? Who works like that? Besides, I hadn't found any trace of you, a comment, a post, on the old BB or even on Glamour. How could I not suspect something?
