I haven't done any of these lately. I still hate moving the shoulder joints in DAZ. I'd love to be able to just position the hands where I want them to be and have DAZ figure out what combination of 12 different sliders on 4 other body parts will accomplish that position in the most natural looking manner.

You know you can select the hand, then move it by the arrows in the main window. It will then move everything above it as needed. It will definitely start to do some things you don't want, if you try to move it too far.

You can keep parts of the body from moving by "Pinning" them. If you pin:
- Abdomen Lower
- Abdomen Upper
- Chest Lower
- Chest Upper
then you can move the arms around by dragging a hand, and the rest of the body won't move.
