The term MILF originally, never referred to one's own mother, or even the mother of a friend who was your same age. It applied to pregnant woman, one of polywogs greatest fetishes. One of my much elder step brothers (now deceased) was an obstetrician, who delivered perhaps upwards of 9000 babies during his career. While wikipedia indicates the term was first used in the 1990s, I vividly recall my aforementioned brother using the term in the 70s. His fetish, aligned well with his chosen profession. After delivering a baby, the placenta connected by the umbilical cord detaches itself from the wall of the uterus. Sometimes there is internal bleeding at the site where the placenta was attached supplying oxygen, and whatnot to the baby. Left unchecked, the womb could fill with blood, and many mothers of the past died of complications as a result.
So after the baby and placenta are delivered, the doctor reaches up in there to check for bleeding. I doubt many men can say they've fisted 10,000 women. Later the term MILF was popularized in movies, with a not-completely different meaning.

One theory I would like to put forth is that the mother may have been a true teen mother (14-16) which would I think put her current age in her mid 30's also this would cover Aunt Kira as well because a 40+ female porn star is at least a oddity.

If this would be ingame mom i dont think anyone would want to get rid of eric they would just let him keep her x'D
