Which version? The latest one (4.14)? What does the log say?

My problem with the latest version is on rare occasion, when I try to preview in IRay mode, it doesn't render, it only shows grey figure(s)/object(s). I have to restart DAZ, then it works normally.

for it was a return to the desktop with an error message which is partially fixed with a driver update. I am waiting for the next version which will be more stable
