I get it. First you have to shoot once of the movies 4 or 7. Then go to club and buy pills. There will be another dialogue with eve. Then you can search the waitress in the club.
Are you able to move forward from this? I am get the pills and give to Eve. Thanks
You have to watch the waitress until end. Then next night go to womens toilet in the club at 0:00.

I think I screw up somewhere. After buying the pills from bartender, I ended in hospital. Tried many times but result is the same.

Talk to Kate and Alice -- "Thank you for your help."
Take two pills (tub1 - movie 4,7,8 and tub2 -in club, buy from the bartender).
After waking up ask eve how you get there. Then say thanks to Kate, then to Alice. Then shoot movie 4,7, or 8. After that you have to go to club and take the pills until to wake up in Hospital again. Ask again how do you get there. Next night go to club. On dancefloor you can choos "Follow waitress"

Find her in the studio bathroom at 19:00 in one of the showers. I think randomly she asks you to help wash her back.
And you have to ask her to help you after that.
178 randomly occurs in dreams when you sleep at home. Atleast thats how it is completed for me. The dream occurred few more times after that. For remaining four, I need help too.

#1 On 00:00 (on days when mom comes home from work) enter mom's room and choose "Leave her on her stomach" and "Of course" (I think that should unlock it)
#3, #6, #49 I think those are buggy, because normally you should be able to watch porn movies with mom/Alice if those are in the livingroom between 21-23:00.
The error is in game/script/home/location_nav.rpy and the corresponding line looks like this:

Buy a box of candy from the eatstore and give it to Alice at Friday 20:00 ("I have a present for you"), then wait till 03:00 and go to the pool, there should be some dialogue but I think you need to choose "Just great! Or maybe... will you kiss him?" during it to get this one...

Have Sex with Lisa, but don't watch TV with Alice at 21:00 or 22:00. If Alice is not at home, smoke some cigarettes at the Veranda, then put the cigarettes at her room, so your mom can find them. At dinner if Mom want's to punish Alice there should be some dialogue option like "Smell of cigarettes", use this and Alice should punish you, after that Lisa should bring your shorts... (If it doesn't happen, try it again next day...)

Give Alice some Candies on Friday 20:00, then go to the Clubs Dance Floor location, make a save (the event is random) and invite Kate to the club (if Alice doesn't show up before Kate, load the save and try again...)

Invite Kate for Breakfast on Thursday 00:00, wait till 03:00, then Kate and Kira should be at the pool (both achievements happen here (don't know the exact dialogue options out of the top of my head, but if you save before you should get both of them on different Thursdays...)

This doesn't work when your mom's at work on Monday or Thursday! Alice needs to punish you during dinner (see #155, the having sex with lisa part should not be necessary), then go to the bathroom at 20:00 and choose "Come In" and "I'm taking a shower", after that Lisa should appear. (If it's the correct day you can meet Lisa at 01:00 or 02:00 in Alice room, but maybe you've to talk to Lisa again before that...)

After you've seen #176, go to the living room at 06:00 or 07:00 when Kira is there, after that talk to Lisa and again to Lisa at 23:00 when she's doing her homework (I think that's only possible on Monday-Wednesday at that part of the game), next day you can have fun with Kira in the living room in the morning... (Don't forget to buy condoms before...)

Do the pornfilm number 10 (The one with Alice and Kira) at least once and watch porn after 23:00 if you're alone in the livingroom. The event itself is random and can only start if you go to sleep at 03:00...
