There may be an error in the incorrect installation. Because you're the only one with the error.
1. Download the game again.
2. Unpack the archive to any disc, in an empty folder except the local one (where the operating system is installed).
3. No Cyrillic in the ways
4. Move only the save folder
5. Do not use third-party software to unpack in-game archives

However, the symptoms were not resolved.
Oddly, the basic version of Big Brother and Another Story do not have this error.
