%100 save and Hi I have only these achievements incomplete. Can someone help please?

I know this is a bit late, but this question is relevant to all Ren'Py games, so I thought it worthwhile.
All saves are stored in the folder game\saves\ inside your main game folder.
Installing a save that you've downloaded, simply involves copying the .save file into this directory.
Bear in mind that Ren'Py can store hundreds of saves for a game, so to make sure you find the save in-game, check the name of the save file. The first number in the file name corresponds to the page from where you can load the game. The second number is the slot on that page.
Note that even though the save/load screen only shows 9 pages, you can keep clicking the right arrow in order to scroll through pages 10 through 99.

Maybe the newer versions don't have this problem, I don't know for sure. But before, usually the RenPy engine refused to work if it was started from the C drive (the drive where the operating system is usually installed). It's not about security, it's about operability.
Somebody please develop more pregnancy and childbirth mods then send them to daycare and continue to fuck them as needed for this game!!
You should be able to click the red rectangle in the main menu (pictured below) in order to change to English.
If you don't have this rectangle, I suspect you've downloaded a purely Russian version. I'd suggest you re-download the game. I can confirm that the current Mega links yield an English version, at least.
Please help! I can only launch the game with cheats installed, otherwise, have some kind of script errors. With cheats I can open the app but when I start the game it crashes!
