You must've gone straight into the walkthrough, and you couldn't have done that. Above the links were for information about this.
I used unren unpacked game then downloaded fix unzipped it and put in the game folder replaced files when asked

Because you unpacked the game, the fixes won't work. First of all, the engine will access the unpacked files. It is your own fault that the fix does not work for you
