I just finished with the code yesterday. I do not have such an error (changed the language, went to the next location, opened the phone, went into the achievements, came out of the phone), so I can not tell you what the problem is. On that line in a code I do not see an error.

1. When you start the game, check which number is in the green rectangle at the top left. If not number 10, then download the last fix
2. Where is the screenshot or error text? I can't fix what I don't see or don't have.

A cop doesn't just show up. You must have used a console or save editor. Did you make money for yourself?

It's possible to do it once a day at most. I asked if the console or third party software was used to add money to the character's account? If so, that's the reason.
If you just starred in movies, it's strange, because I'm just in case I do a little higher for the maximum possible availability of money in the character.

Before you start playing a new update, make sure that in your last save, the main character is in a location (not in the phone, not in the computer and not in the middle of a dialog or scene). After loading the save, move to the next location (without using the map) and only after you can play.

Is every new content locked behind the 2 cars ? Because that's around 30 days of only coffee work and films with nothing new, that's way too much grinding. I'm giving up for today...
