Need to buy coffee and give her the one she likes. Namely, when she is near a consultant
OK, that fixed it, but now I have new problems. I am supposed to punish Lisa but everytime I say I’ll do it, mom just repeats the same scene right after and does not give me the option to, and then I can’t punish her.
The other problem is that the getting the scooter scene repeats every day.
Also, how do I go to Kiras apartment? I don’t see it on the map.

I cant find the administrator and neither receptionists provided parking option. Could u pls be more specific?
I did that but the only option I have when she is by a consultant is talk to the consultant

Honestly, I want to swear (offensive words, translation of a word may not be accurate), but I can't do it in English. What is written at the end of my sentence and what is on the first page?

The parking dialogue is not related to the story lines. Parking or ground floor. A dialogue with hotel administrators in the reception area.
Maybe it's a misdirection, but it's gotta say exactly what it says -- catch, find. Random appearance between 15 and 17.

I did that. I downloaded the latest version just last night. The problem I was having before has been resolved.
I also figured out how to get to Kira’s apartment (the hints made it seem like that was possible before it was).
However I am still encountering 2 bugs that are keeping me from continuing:
If I make a mistake on Lisas homework, and select that I will punish her the next day, the scene will immediately repeat and will only give me the “next” option and not let me select to punish her. After that there is no option to punish her in any of the dialogs.
Every morning the scene where I get the scooter is repeated, even on Saturday morning, which makes it so the dialog to pick a store or go to the movies never shows, it also does not allow me to go with them to the store.
OK, after re reading the first post, it looks like the fix was for this. It was hidden in the spoiler and I missed it. I will try that tonight and see if it works.

You don't need to add any money through the console or the save editor. Or add, but to the extent possible.
There's only a list of corrections under the spoiler. No fix is hidden. I've even made pictures of the characters on purpose to draw attention and see where the link to the fixes and instructions is. As you may not have seen, I can't imagine.
Max can earn 4200 to 4900 per week just by grinding movies. Don't cheat with money in game. Police dude should pop only when you try to get money for free.
Plus you don't have to pay 25000 for second car. Look carefully at options available on car purchase screen.
Money is not free in Turkey just like in this game.

I'm searching for the last achievement that i didn't unlock.
4 and 27 - i have never seen these one in all my party? I think i go too fast in the story and always miss them ?
68 - For me it's during shoping, in Richman ?
69 - For me it's during shoping, in LaDe ?
126 - For me it's during the restaurant but i haven't found where it's unlock.
Go to the parking at the restaurant, click on the bus icon.
Don't import the car because this will display the message parking full when you select a car
Just select bus or taxi, i take taxi from my memories and go buy the car.
For me it worked and i can buy the car.

I have the same problem, and I go crazy on it, and sudently find a way to buy the second car.
Go to the parking at the restaurant, click on the bus icon.
Don't import the car because this will display the message parking full when you select a car
Just select bus or taxi, i take taxi from my memories and go buy the car.
For me it worked and i can buy the car.

Added Fix 4.3
- Fixed a bug in the parking lot, so some players managed to put more than 2 cars in the garage
- Fixed error with weekly bonus calculations
- A temporary solution to the problem with a policeman, in the next version I'll think about how it turns out that honest players have it
If you have preservation right before going to bed, then go to the next location and after that you can go to sleep
