You probably don't have the last patch installed. PC games without fixes. Fixes are downloaded separately.
if that is fix 4.3 then i have it installed is that the last patch ? if not where can i get the latest patch ?

That's a very strange question. Are you downloaded the game from this forum? On the first page, you can see the link and the Patch in capital letters.
When loading the game in the intro, the number of the patch must be indicated on the green background at the top left above the support buttons. If it is not present or is less than 4.3, it means that the fix is not set.
Unpack in folders "/game" with a replacement.

and because i do not speak /read/write Russian i can only guess that i have the proper box
if the light green box with 4.3 is the fix , but as you can see the problem with kira is still there

Sorry to bother guys, I haven't played the original game. So I should play this one or the original one first..this is a continuation?
I only can take photos with my smartphone nothing else. Do i miss something?
Game continues from one of the original game endings. Some original gameplay mechanics are not in this game.

The first page shows that the transfer is uncomplete. So yes, we will have to start with the original game or wait for next year (maybe by updating 0.14 I will make a full port, now I can not, because there is no time for this)
