Think I've managed to fix it by converting the IMG files that were still in there to JPG (there were about 350 files in the IMG format, about 90 had both IMG and JPEG versions, I just converted all IMG and replaced and overwrote what was in the folder originally).

The Mod is now updated, and also in Shopping adventure are only jpg and png (which are used for the small emo-pictures), like in the other images folders.

Totaly Agree, "untold stories" is my baby and i don't want to give it up. I have an idea how it should develop and don't want to be depend on other modders. I surely would not mind use other's guys images if they allow it, but only if it fits to my story. So i don't mind if other modders use or change my stuff.
BTW: The more different mods exist the more fun players can have
because mods are not only a collection of pics, mods are a kind of "poetry". Just enjoy it.
If you are having problems with managing different mods, just make different folders, one for every mod.
I was wondering, if anyone knew exactly from where these scenes came from and how to get it in game:
The ones where Alice seems to catch Max and Ann in the living room.
The ones where Alice seems to catch Max and Ann in the kitchen.
The ones where Alice seems to catch Max and Ann in the bathroom.
The ones where Ann catches Alice and Max on the sofa and all three sits together.
There are just a huge confusing mix of so many mods that I am having a hard time telling what is from what!
If this is not the best place to ask, please also let me know.

Yes, @bauchnabel is right, all that scenes have nothing to do with a mod, they are all in basic BB-game

I'm enjoying most of the new content this mod adds and wanted to say thanks for the work involved in merging the collection. I did notice when using the mod that in the evening hours Ann has left the house on Monday and Thursday yet the scene with her at the pool remains available. Also the icon is showing Lisa at the pool but the scene is poolside with Ann. Another thing is that Lisa disappears for a few hours in the evening this leaves her bathtub scene unavailable. Something is off with the schedule in the evenings with Ann and Lisa. Thanks for checking into it. I also need to mention I am playing late game where Ann works at the studio in evenings a few days a week not early game when she leaves with Erik.
Why can't I enter Max' room at 9pm anymore? Is this part of one of the mods? I tried changing Lisa's flag spc.bustederic but that doesn't work. Value stays at 0 and I still can't enter the room.

Hi, I 'll try to answer your questions:
1. Anne left house on monday and thursday - that has nothing to do with the mod, it's standard game, Anne is in studio, but yes you're right, it make no sense, when Anne is at the pool at 22:00 on same day. I should change it, so that she is at pool only on that days, when she is not out of the house.
2. the icon is showing Lisa at the pool but the scene is poolside with Ann. -thats a mistake, I've seen too. Using the plan.dia option to set a NPC to a place, where he normally not is, works in most cases well. In this case there is already another NPC there in standard game, so it gives a collision between both. I've already a idea to solve this, and I'll try it in next version.
3. Another thing is that Lisa disappears for a few hours in the evening this leaves her bathtub scene unavailable. - have never seen this, so please give me a screenshot or dialogue (time , date etc.), so I can check this.

, then - if you like to play with my mod- you've to DL all image folders and expand them to BB/Images, and at least you've to DL the Mod-LPS14, expand it and copy/paste/overwrite it to BB standard game directory.

Has nothing to do with standard game or any mod. Normally you can enter the room at that time, and I tested it just with my mod, no problem !
Must something be wrong with your game installation. Have never seen this. And please have in mind, by changing flags you can really do more wrong than right. Have never used this function.
I just tried again. Downloaded 13.0.007 and your mod. In the unaltered version I can enter the room without problems. Only after applying your mod I can't.

So this missing lisa scene occurs at 22:00 in the bathroom. The player must have chosen to make lisa his girlfriend and have completed the Kira training scenes concerning lisa. @22:00 go to the bathroom and select >open the door

Yes, I know this scene, it's part of standard game., and No, it's not effected by my mod. My Mod, and all the others I know didn't have an scene placed at the bathroom scene with Lisa. So it's uneffected by any of the mods.
Have just checked it with a fresh BB installation and the download and installing of all my uploaded files, and it works fine. How can a mod have an influence on it, if in the mod this part is absolutely untouched?
Have you done something with lisa's flags or something else ? Try it please with another savefile. At any rate, my mod is not the cause
