Sharing if anyone's interested, I was bothered by the "DeepL:" prefix so I removed it with find -type f -name "*.rpy" -exec sed -i 's/"DeepL: /"/g' {} \;

I ran this from the root of the game folder in a WSL terminal since I already had this installed. Windows users may also be able to get this working by installing the git bash emulation or installing the findutils and sed tools for Windows. I'm not familiar enough with Powershell unfortunately.

This worked fine with my testing but make sure you back up your game before running this if you don't want to risk downloading it again.
