It seem there are are some conflict with "Favourite aunt" event, you have to do the "Side effect" first before completing the other one, either that or due to skip time function. The event suppose to start morning after taking the drug from Kira and continue every few morning after.
After taking the drug from Kira finish everything in "Side effect" first then continue "Favourite aunt".
What was even the point of this reply? Someone already answered him, nothing negative was said, so why are you so upset? Don't worry, no ones taking away the experience of you being cuckold. Ppl be so sensitive, that a simple question warrants a pointless reply. Hopefully--after he's done with his goal--he continues to update the other path.
