You need to keep Eric around. The achievements you're missing are either Eric fucking Ann, or Max's sex education with Ann, which he blackmails Eric into arranging.
Me too! It hasn't happened yet, but the update after the one next month is meant to have Eric/Alice content.

Definitely true. I think Eric clearly wants to sleep with Lisa (he definitely wasn't progressing her lessons just out of pure spite for Max, he is still a man after all) but an NTR route with her doesn't make any sense in the end. Which is why a Eric/Max sharing path makes the most sense for Lisa. She is inexperienced in the beginning and as she begins to discover her sexuality with Max and Olivia, it makes sense for her to be attracted to Eric. Especially since he was the one initially teaching her and what happened in those lessons obviously became sexual to some extent. From there, she would probably be self conscious and undecided but at that point her relationship with Max has progressed significantly so she decides to timidly talk to him about her attraction to Eric and it goes from there.
Also, at that point, maybe Max wants to finally have sex with Ann during the Eric story, and Lisa's attraction could be used to finally convince Eric to help or something. So many possibilities

Hi, there is any walkthrough for this game? What is the difference between standard walkthrough and detailed walkthrough ? Also there is a way to go back to see a dialogue again like with the scroll of the mouse (the scroll don't work like the other games).

There is no separate file. All the walkthrough is inside the game
There are more hints in the detailed, they will be highlighted in green. And higher chance, where randomness. (The game specifies the differences, why not read?)
Rollback is disabled, so that there is no way to ignore some events, at most you can use the save and load them in the right place
I have a step-by-step of the original game in v9, but you can use it to find yourself and know what to do.
I'm not sure why you think that Eric and Lisa NTR does not work. I agree that you can't just make it happen instantly. But good NTR is not instant. A major pull of NTR is the slow build.
The Lisa/Eric NTR path is pretty common. A young impressionable person, lacking a father figure or male role model, falls prey to an older successful man. Hell, this plot takes place in real life pretty consistently. Now, I don't think it would work super well if Lisa because Eric's forever, like a full-on girlfriend, but I can see the innocent girl being corrupted and dropped plot forming very easily.
There are hard NTR options as well. Max trying hard to gain Lisa's trust, even winning some points (massaging her, watching her naked freely, daring comments, being naked in front of her, kiss training, groping and more). But then Eric gets involved with real sex ed, and Lisa starts blocking Max slowly on minor things, subsequently getting more restrictive if Max will not keep up (for ex. when not washing dishes on time). Eventually, Eric gains more authority, Lisa becomes his sex friend until she finds a real boyfriend, and Max will become her beloved brother as he should from the very beginning (with ability to watch/spy but not touch).
They are scenes you can rewatch. The ones you haven't unlocked are grey. However, if you're using the detailed walkthrough, you can only watch the ones you've unlocked when you've reached 100% progress.
