Agree. Having an Erica opens up all kinds of possibilities. Maybe even have Erica compete with both Eric and the MC. That would really distinguish this BB version from the others.
Anyway I like this version. More action/activity, less grind. Renders could be more realistic, but great animations.

I wouldn't say no one will bitch. NTR is NTR regardless of what genitalia the one stealing the LI's has. That said, so long as the MC can step in and stop any of the cuck shit before it happens, having another possible LI isn't a bad idea. Could just turn "Erica" into the MC's cumdump instead of tossing them feet first into a wood chipper.

The difference though is that most who want to see Eric added will stick around either way those who don't want Eric will dip as soon as he appears. So does the dev want max support or another failed copycat? There could be some alternative routes which means loads more work for the dev but even then a lot of Eric haters will just ignore and move on even if there's an option to save the fam from him. I didn't care for his character myself but honestly he didn't really add anything to the game or story for me. Max was a creepy perv. not a caring son/brother so the whole thing was just underwhelming. I do believe the dev is gonna have to decide if he's going to rewrite the overall story arc or just do the original story in a can repeat and have to wing the final part. Either way most of us have little faith in this title like it's cursed to loop a bunch of abandoned and incomplete reruns. I don't wish the dev any ill will there's just been so many failed attempts that it's not even entertaining or meme worthy anymore.

Your conclusion seems to be contradicted by the fact that Eric has appeared in almost every (I actually think it is every but I will be safe) BB game that has been made. Plenty of NTR haters stick around despite his appearance. Simply put, you will lose some no matter what you do.

I am also dubious at this idea that the MC can be made into a caring brother. It’s a game where he wants to fuck his sisters and mother. That, in and of itself, kind of disqualifies that notion. I suppose some will try to romanticize it but I don’t see it.

It's not about the NTR part, but as DarkSilver Eric wrote back then, that made Eric unpopular.
I don't care whether Eric is in it or not, the developer decides.

The fact that the great developer Dark Silver couldn't finish the game with his chicken brains because of the character Eric doesn't mean that Eric isn't popular in the game now, and in principle, what difference does it make to you how many fans want to play as Eric? It doesn't give you the right to decide for Eric's fans who they should play for, where, and when.

Eric shouldn't worry about whether he'll be in the game or what he'll be like! If you don't like Eric, the developer should think it through and make the game so that they can play without him and not tell the developer whether Eric should be here or not. Stupid people won't understand that it's not up to them to tell the developer what to do in the game.

I hope Eric coerces, manipulates, and blackmails his way into the panties of our female characters. He is the best part of this series. I love the back and forth as our mc tries to establish dominance only to have it pulled away time and time again as Eric has his way.

if Eric isn’t in it and have options to win, I won’t bother playing or supporting.

Actually this is one thing I really liked about the original game - some kind of competition to make MC more creative

I'ma be completely transparent and go ahead and say unless your version continues where the original game left off then sincerely, we all played so many starter versions of BB before, that having to start over from zero and only having access to a small percentage of the content from the original game is truly a waste of time. From the description I take it it very far away from including all the original content.

Totally agree. I've only played a short bit of this one and I'm disappointed already. Exact same story that we've seen before complete with Lisa being a naive moron.

The game is being made in Unity which is more difficult than Ren Py or some other engines. This indicates the developer has the patience to work on something difficult and complete it. The original BB was also in Unity so not a guarantee.

Maybe that was it. I don't know, it's been so long. All I remember is from the original when the mom was dancing "sexy" and I wanted to throw up. Also just hate the style of "milf = giant woman that just looks like a young woman or some clown with caked-on makeup". I think very few games really understand what an attractive, older woman looks like or the render models they can use are limited.
