This game is not going to be continued. A pseudo remake is being done within Glamour, along with the characters being added to that game.
Go back a couple of pages and you'll see discussion about it, and links to specific posts in the Glamour thread.

Yes, because you can play in English, but Smirniy creates this mod only and exclusively in Russian and from what I know, he has no intention to translate it.
So, summarizing up: you will have a nice game in English and options for this mod in Russian...

Look at the size of the file.. It's not just options, the mod itself takes as much as the original game... If you download this and start playing, you will notice that half of this game is in Russian...
