Brother, this has long since been canceled, same for all the dev's other games.
However there's a completed expansion mod here, as well as two ongoing remakes here and here

The update is unlikely to appear, the game has been abandoned for many years. There is a MOD that brings the game to a logical conclusion, in fact, a continuation of the abandoned game.

100% Agree, Not trying to beat a dead horse but I think this game needs an honest remake/revamp. Not necessarily like BB Another Story but perhaps a Prequel where the MC is Max's father and you have to seduce a younger Ann/Kira while they are in college. Add older teachers for milfs, College fuckboys for NTR, possibly MC younger sister for incest... Everything old is new again
