If I had to guess...
I would say Ann's next movie will be seen as it happens without Max actually being there (Just a short scene showed after they leave to shoot the movie) or perhaps we will see it as the Erotic Movie when sitting with Mom in the lounge.
Then instead of the BJ scene Max will go down on her. If he is smart he will at least make that repeatable or as a choice between getting a BJ or giving head later on whenever Mom is in the Lounge.

I'm assuming Max isn't at the movie himself. I think him not being there was specifically mentioned earlier. Of course, DS could change his mind yet again. I can't imagine that Ann would want him there, but I also can't imagine that she'd be okay with watching the final result with him either. The only way it would make sense to me would be if Kira gave Max a copy to watch on his own. We've already seen two renders from the movie though, so I imagine there are more. As others have said, what a waste of a movie. The next movie could just as well have been the one where Ann is convinced to at least let Max fuck her ass or something.

Are we sure this is a Olivia Update or DS forgot about it in the middle of development? Despite that it's a good image.

A lot of the Olivia stuff may involve reprogramming behind the scene, or reusing old renders with new dialogue. Olivia being worked into the main plot may require a lot of events to be moved around, and perhaps some lost entirely, just as we lost some when Ann stopped working. This may also be like the update with the shopping where an awful lot of work went into very little visible result. That's kind of what I expected would need to be done for merging the Olivia path in. For all we know, this completely resets the progress with Olivia, and it will be several updates of romance before any actual sex.

It could be the switch daily or personally I would prefer an option in the dialogue so Max can offer to 'Help' Ann/Mom since she has been helping him so much with his issues.

yes the entire Movie here is just another way of DS getting around his mental block that incest can only happen when someone is Mentally Ill, Ugly or Desperate...Since Ann really isn't what you could call Mentally Ill and she is ANYTHING but Ugly...He needed to make her Sexually desperate somehow in his mind so he could proceed with giving us the Ann scenes we all want! But if he actually thought about it, she has been without a man's attention for months so why the hell would she need to do this porn movie to be DESPERATE?
It's just another excuse to add another scene that DOES turn him on namely another BDSM scene!
I think Incest is actually a Turn Off for him unless it has BDSM tones to it.

Or the fact that she continues to fall for Max's story about carpal tunnel syndrome and allows her kids to be sexually active with each other despite harboring a clear bias against incest. Unless she's secretly okay with all of it, there's something seriously wrong with her. But if she is okay with it, she should have given in herself long ago.

But I agree on the desperation thing. If being naked with Max and giving him blowjobs or receiving sensual massages from him doesn't make her want to have sex with him after months of no sex at all, I don't see why filming a lesbian bdsm scene away from home is going to translate into heterosexual incest at home. The T-1000 is this game. It thinks that if it keeps changing, it can somehow find the form it needs to keep alive. It started off awesomely, and looked unstoppable. But it made some poor choices along the way, and couldn't overcome the limitations built into it because ultimately it wasn't human enough. It could become anything it wanted, except for what it truly needed to be to win.
